Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Moonah, Claremont and Campbell Street Dental Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality care while respecting the time of both our patients and our team. To help us manage our appointment schedule effectively and ensure patients can access timely dental care, we ask that all patients familiarise themselves with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
- A cancellation fee of $100 may apply if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Where a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the following ways:
During business hours, please call us on 6228 1470 (Moonah), 6249 2093 (Claremont), 6234 4596 (Campbell Street).
Outside of business hours or on weekends, you may reply ‘no’ to your appointment SMS reminder, leave a voicemail on our answering service, or email us at info@moonahdc.com.au.
We kindly ask that you contact us as early as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. In these circumstances, we will always do our best to consider each situation with fairness, compassion and understanding.
However, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on other patients who may be waiting for care, as well as on the daily operation of the clinic. We therefore appreciate your cooperation in providing as much notice as possible.
