Dental Assistant / Receptionist

About the Role

At Moonah Dental Centre we're always looking to find individuals that are ready to provide exemplary support to our dentists and ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Our Dental Assistants assist in various tasks, including patient care, treatment preparation, and maintaining infection control standards.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome, manage and assist patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns.
  • Set up and arrange instruments, equipment, and materials needed for dental procedures.
  • Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations and treatments.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, addressing questions and providing post-treatment instructions.
  • Collaborate and assist the dentist to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
