Dr. Jun Ooi graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2009 and has worked in Tasmania for over 15 years, spending a year in Sydney to expand her horizons.

Dr. Jun now works in both the public and private sectors, with her time in public dentistry mainly focused on tutoring the next generation of dentists.

Dr. Jun became a dentist to help people smile with confidence. She realised how important it was to be able to interact comfortably without feeling embarrassed. It was also inspiring to her to watch her grandparents enjoy their meals well into their 80s and have a great social life to complement their emotional and physical health because they had good oral health.

Dr. Jun enjoy all fields of dentistry and believes in doing the best she can to help patients achieve their long term goals.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog, sketching or painting, singing and yoga. She loves travelling to different places and is hoping to visit as many parts of the world as possible. She also enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
